Brian is a U.S. Army veteran with decades of experience in business, technology, and innovation. A forward-thinking entrepreneur, he holds nearly a dozen global patents for technology currently used by the U.S. Department of Defense, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, the U.S. Postal Service, Deutsche Post, and other major organizations.

As a licensed real estate agent and investor, Brian brings sharp insight into the housing market and understands how to identify value where others may not. His unique blend of tech expertise and real estate knowledge directly supports the company’s mission of delivering Innovative Family Homes—practical, modern living spaces designed with purpose.

Throughout his career, Brian has founded and led several successful ventures, including restaurants, business centers, and Arizona’s largest competition card club. His ability to think creatively, execute efficiently, and lead with vision is a driving force behind Valor Built Ventures’ momentum and mission.

Julie is a U.S. Army veteran, former real estate agent, and experienced investor with a sharp eye for both business and balance. For over 35 years, she’s stood beside Brian as his partner in life and work—grounding big ideas with the discipline and clarity to bring them to life.

With a proven track record managing multi-million dollar dental offices across Arizona in the general, cosmetic, and endodontic fields, Julie brings serious operational expertise to the table. She knows how to lead teams, manage vendors, and keep complex systems running smoothly.

At Valor Built Ventures, Julie donates her time to ensure the company stays financially sound—watching over the books, the budgets, and the bottom line. Known as The Keeper of the Cookie Jar, she makes sure every dollar is purposeful and every move supports the mission.

Her leadership, intuition, and eye for detail are a major part of what keeps our business grounded and growing.

Kiefer brings a unique blend of public service, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive to Valor Built Ventures. 

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Management & Professional Communication from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Gulf Coast State College, Kiefer understands how to lead with purpose, structure, and clarity.

His career in law enforcement and child protection spans nearly a decade, including roles as a Correctional Officer, Detention Deputy, Instructor, and currently as a Child Protective Investigator for the Florida Department of Children and Families. 

That background has given him sharp instincts, a strong moral compass, and the ability to assess risk, manage crises, and make sound decisions under pressure—skills that translate directly to smart, disciplined leadership in the business world.

At Valor Built Ventures, he combines his operational experience with his investigative mindset to help keep projects on track, budgets tight, and standards high—making him a key pillar in both the strategy and heart of the company.

Robert brings a rare combo of marketing genius, real estate know-how, and legal expertise to Valor Built Ventures. With over 20 years running a top-tier marketing agency, he knows how to build brands, drive strategy, and get attention where it counts. 

He’s also been deep in real estate for 15+ years—buying, flipping, renting, and renovating over 30 properties. He understands what adds value what keeps our projects smart and profitable.

Add in a law degree (magna cum laude), time spent clerking for a major real estate law firm, and over two decades teaching business, marketing, and law at the university level—and you've got someone who doesn’t just talk strategy. He lives it.
