A licensed real estate agent and seasoned investor, Brian has built and led multiple successful companies, from restaurants and business centers to Arizona’s largest private card club, earning a reputation for creativity, precision, and results. His leadership defines Valor Built Ventures’ commitment to innovation, integrity, and the relentless pursuit of opportunity. 

Jewels is a U.S. Army veteran, former real estate agent, and seasoned investor with more than three decades of business and financial leadership. She managed multi-million-dollar dental practices across Arizona’s general, cosmetic, and endodontic fields, developing a reputation for precision, accountability, and results.

At Valor Built Ventures, Julie serves as the financial backbone, overseeing budgets, systems, and strategy with the same discipline that defined her military and business careers. Known as “The Keeper of the Cookie Jar,” she ensures every dollar has purpose and every decision supports the mission. Her insight, steadiness, and attention to detail help keep Valor Built Ventures grounded, growing, and financially strong. 

 Kiefer brings a rare mix of public service, discipline, and entrepreneurial vision to Valor Built Ventures. Holding a Master’s in Organizational Management and Professional Communication from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Gulf Coast State College, he blends academic insight with real-world leadership. 

With nearly a decade in law enforcement and child protection, as a Correctional Officer, Detention Deputy, Instructor, and Child Protective Investigator, Kiefer honed the judgment, composure, and strategic thinking that define effective leadership. At Valor Built Ventures, he channels those strengths into guiding operations, assessing risk, and ensuring every project meets the company’s highest standards of integrity and performance. 

Robert is a master at advertising, he combines marketing mastery, real estate expertise, and legal acumen into one powerhouse leadership style. For more than two decades, he ran a top-performing marketing agency while actively buying, flipping, and managing over 30 investment properties. 

A magna cum laude law graduate with experience in real estate law and more than 20 years teaching business, marketing, and law at the university level, Robert brings both strategic insight and practical execution to every project. His ability to blend creativity with precision keeps Valor Built Ventures focused, profitable, and positioned for long-term success.
